Jackson ist eine amerikanische Autorin, die neben ihren Büchern auch noch Zeit für Zirkusunterricht, witzige und lehrreiche youtube-vlogs und ihre beiden Haustiere hat.

Obwohl ich Jackson zunächst wegen ihres Humors als ihres Erstlingswerkes mochte - welche Autorin würde schon öffentlich eine Musicalnummer filmen oder Michael Jackson nachahmen? - sind ihre Märchen-Neuerzählungen sehr spannend und besser gelungen.

As I already mentioned, I wasn't super-happy with Jackson's first novel (As you wish), but I kept stalking her youtube-vlog because she's just funny as hell. When her third book, Sweetly, had its release day, she started a Twitter-madness where followers could win tons of prices. Since I won bookplates and a lollipop, but had nowhere to put them, I decided to buy the books. And because I REALLY love those covers and don't want to wait for the German versions. My to-be-read-pile is very angry with me.
